In this sermon Graeme mentioned the danger of remembering half of a Bible verse. These are the verses in which, perhaps, the Rich Fool chose to focus on eating, drinking and enjoying his life but forgetting to honour the source:

Ecclesiastes 2:4
“There is nothing better for man than to eat, drink, and enjoy his work. I have seen that even this is from God's hand …”

Ecclesiastes 3:12,13
“I know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice and enjoy the good life. It is also the gift of God whenever anyone eats, drinks, and enjoys all his efforts.”
