Safe Ministry Policy

Rouse Hill Anglican Church is committed to the physical, emotional and spiritual welfare and safety of all people.  We are committed to ensuring the safety of children, youth and vulnerable people in our community.  Our Parish Council has established and adopted a clear policy with regards to Safe Ministry, and this policy can be accessed below.

Our Safe Ministry Policy refers to the Faithfulness in Service document, which is a national code for personal behaviour and the practice of pastoral ministry by clergy and church workers.

Working With Children Check, Safe Ministry Training & Safe Ministry Check

We require all adults and youth leaders and helpers who are involved with kids and youth ministry at our church to undergo Safe Ministry Training and to complete a Safe Ministry Check (for volunteer workers).  Adults must also undertake the mandatory NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC).  Detailed information about these requirements are available by referring to our Safe Ministry Policy or by speaking with our Safe Ministry Representative, our Senior Minister or our Youth Minister.
